湖州一品高頻瓷廠建于一九九七年，地處南太湖之濱，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，水路交通方便。本廠是個(gè)專業(yè)生產(chǎn)和銷售各種工業(yè)特種陶瓷的企業(yè)，從原料生產(chǎn)到產(chǎn)品制成全年3000萬(wàn)只，其中95氧化鋁瓷500萬(wàn)只，莫來(lái)石瓷管10萬(wàn)只,耐熱瓷300萬(wàn)只。產(chǎn)品廣泛用于電子、電工、冶金、機(jī)械、化工、儀表、紡織、照明燈具等行業(yè)，規(guī)格包括瓷座、瓷殼、瓷芯、瓷眼、導(dǎo)絲器、點(diǎn)火器瓷頭等。產(chǎn)品以氧化鋁（含量95%以上）和滑石瓷（又稱高頻瓷）為基體，具有耐磨性、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、高強(qiáng)度和絕緣性的特點(diǎn)。其性能達(dá)到或超過(guò)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
本廠現(xiàn)有1400度2.5立方液化汽梭式窯3座，1800度0.4立方高溫液化汽梭式窯1座，1噸、0.5噸、0.2噸球磨機(jī)3臺(tái)，熱壓鑄機(jī)10臺(tái)，6m連續(xù)式中溫?zé)酝瓢甯G1臺(tái)。

Built in 1997,huzhou yipin high-frequency porcelain factory is located in the bank of south Tai Hu, with beautiful environment, the waterway traffic is convenient.
Our factory is specializing in produce and sell various kinds of ceramic industrial special type, from production of material to products ,we produce 30 million for less than the whole year, among them there is 95 alumina in 5 million of porcelain, and 100,000 ceramic cylinders of stone, 3 million pieces of heat-resisting porcelain. The products are used in such trades as electron , electrician , metallurgy , machinery , chemical industry , instrument , textile , lighting lamps and lanterns ,etc. extensively, specification including porcelain flat , porcelain shell , porcelain core , porcelain eyes , lead silk device , porcelain first class lighter. The Products and talc porcelain(also called the high-frequency porcelain ) for the base body with alumina(95% more than content), have wear ability , bearing high temperature , corrosion-resistant , high strength and insulating characteristic. Its performance reaches or exceeds the national standard.
Our factory has 3 kilns of 1400 point 2.5 degrees cubic liquefaction vapour and shuttleless loom type, 1 kiln of 1800 pointdegrees. The cube 0.4 high-temperature liquefaction vapour shuttleless loom type, 1 ton, 0. 5 tons, 3tai 0.2 ball mill, hot die casting machine 10, 1 kiln 6m continuous type middle temperature cook glaze push.
