“德化和我們家鄉(xiāng)一樣,文化底蘊(yùn)深厚,是陶瓷藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作的樂(lè)土。”2013年,經(jīng)泉州工藝美術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院的藝術(shù)同仁介紹,祖籍河南安陽(yáng)的張晨熠來(lái)到德化,入駐德化縣“瓷谷仙境”,開(kāi)始追逐陶瓷藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作夢(mèng)想,他結(jié)合家鄉(xiāng)“三星堆”、青銅器等文化元素創(chuàng)作的作品,豐富了柴燒創(chuàng)作題材。

陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)是德化的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。產(chǎn)業(yè)要發(fā)展,人才是第一資源。近年來(lái),德化扎實(shí)推進(jìn)“政校企”三方合作,積極打造就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)。位于瓷谷仙境的“三創(chuàng)園”就是當(dāng)?shù)赝苿?dòng)泉州工藝美術(shù)學(xué)院聯(lián)合潯中鎮(zhèn)共同打造的創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)優(yōu)平臺(tái)。如今在“瓷谷仙境”,像張晨熠一樣,來(lái)自海南、河南、天津等全國(guó)各地的年輕陶藝師,在此已建立80多家陶瓷藝術(shù)工作室,散落在田野間、竹林里、樹(shù)林中、山坡上、小溪旁……“瓷谷仙境的柴燒氛圍很好,現(xiàn)在形成80多家柴燒工作室、超百名陶瓷手藝工作者的集群,很適合年輕的手藝人來(lái)這里生活、創(chuàng)作。”張晨熠說(shuō)。

據(jù)德化縣委人才辦相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人介紹,對(duì)應(yīng)最新的招工引才實(shí)施方案,留在德化創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的大學(xué)生,可享受生活補(bǔ)貼和入駐各類創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺(tái)的租金補(bǔ)貼等,“措施實(shí),力度大”。截至目前,瓷谷仙境已遴選2批共30個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)入駐,首批入駐的15家創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)帶動(dòng)100多名畢業(yè)生留在德化就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)。

讓鄭建冰夫婦倆更堅(jiān)定留在德化創(chuàng)業(yè),還有當(dāng)?shù)卣罅Υ蛟斓囊司右藰I(yè)軟環(huán)境。幾年前,德化專門為留德創(chuàng)業(yè)的陶瓷年輕藝術(shù)家搭建穩(wěn)定的交流學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)——新秀園,鄭建冰夫婦成為首批入駐園區(qū)的陶瓷“新秀”之一。“園區(qū)就像個(gè)大家庭,大家經(jīng)常在一起學(xué)習(xí)、交流。”采訪當(dāng)天,王冬燕剛剛參加完泉州市陶瓷行業(yè)職工技能競(jìng)賽,而前不久,清華美院的老師曾在新秀園開(kāi)設(shè)沙龍課程,為年輕藝術(shù)家授課,“大家在這里分享經(jīng)驗(yàn)、共同成長(zhǎng),而不再是孤軍奮戰(zhàn)。”

來(lái)到德化創(chuàng)業(yè)十余年,祖籍江西的歐陽(yáng)兆坤如今已是德化陶瓷裝飾領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)標(biāo)桿。
Coming to Dehua to start a business for more than ten years, Ouyang Zhaokun, whose ancestral home is in Jiangxi, is now a benchmark in the field of ceramic decoration in Dehua.
“德化白瓷瓷質(zhì)溫潤(rùn)細(xì)膩,是各類陶瓷產(chǎn)品中的潛力股。”2007年首次踏足德化,歐陽(yáng)兆坤就“愛(ài)”上了德化白瓷,并決定留下來(lái)創(chuàng)業(yè)。此前曾在景德鎮(zhèn)從事陶瓷創(chuàng)作的他,窺探了德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)的空白領(lǐng)域——陶瓷裝飾、手繪,“不是沒(méi)有市場(chǎng),而是做的人少”,于是他決定發(fā)揮國(guó)畫(huà)專長(zhǎng),在白瓷上作畫(huà),并逐步打響了自己的手繪品牌。2017年,歐陽(yáng)兆坤開(kāi)班教學(xué),目前,他帶的徒弟已有60多人,多數(shù)在陶瓷裝飾、手繪領(lǐng)域已能獨(dú)當(dāng)一面。
"Dehua white porcelain is warm and delicate, and it is a potential stock in all kinds of ceramic products." In 2007, when he first set foot in Dehua, Ouyang Zhaokun fell in love with Dehua white porcelain and decided to stay and start his own business. Previously engaged in ceramic creation in Jingdezhen, he spied on the blank areas of Dehua"s ceramic industry-ceramic decoration and hand-painting. "It"s not that there is no market, but there are few people doing it." So he decided to use his expertise in traditional Chinese painting ,to paint on white porcelain, and gradually started his own hand-painted brand. In 2017, Ouyang Zhaokun opened a class for teaching. At present, he has more than 60 apprentices, and most of them have been able to stand alone in the fields of ceramic decoration and hand-painting.
“文化附加值高的產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)更為廣闊。陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)要高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,需要更多的設(shè)計(jì)、營(yíng)銷人才。”歐陽(yáng)兆坤的觀點(diǎn),與金馬車陶瓷團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人徐建勇不謀而合。近年來(lái),徐建勇先后策劃運(yùn)營(yíng)了“百態(tài)觀音·慈航普渡”“百將翰墨·精忠報(bào)國(guó)”“百態(tài)彌勒·大慈予樂(lè)”“百福”等陶瓷文創(chuàng)項(xiàng)目,成為德化陶瓷文創(chuàng)較有影響力的運(yùn)作案例。
